Create or redevelop the branding and positioning of the project through research, analysis and select assessments
Based upon branding and positioning, develop project identity package and comprehensive creative campaign
Identify Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of project through detailed market analysis
Based on USP, formulate strategic marketing plan and supporting elements
Develop and produce elements of marketing campaign per objectives
Implement marketing plan, related budgets, project timelines and strategic campaign goals as mutually established with client
Monitor and adjust marketing efforts relative to traffic analysis and sales productivity
Create and implement effective prospect and customer communication plans
Represent client, as directed, with various external constituencies
Plan/coordinate/produce innovative and effective niche marketing programs/events
SALES OPERATIONS
Provide for preparation, set-up, organization and office operations functioning for onsite and satellite sales offices
Assist in development and administration of prospect and customer database including prospect rating and follow-up system, sales agent tickle system, specialized query capabilities for marketing program implementation, inventory management, sales management, customer communication and follow-up
Provide oversight of prospect and customer information management system for effective sales data analysis, reporting and sales operations functioning
Develop and implement defined sales administration program in order to maximize sales efforts - including sales agent and assistant staffing needs, sales team scheduling, sales promotions, sales agent minimum performance standard, staff assessments, traffic monitoring and evaluation, sales process functioning, proper sales positioning and special projects as mutually agreed upon with client
Assist in the selection and procurement of sales office operations related vendors and contractors as directed by client
